Aldo Magana Founder & President
Aldo has 17 years of experience in all aspects of construction, from hands-on work to project management and business development. He has been dedicated to the industry since moving to Canada from Mexico in 2006. In 2014, Aldo founded One Paramount Construction with a singular vision: to become a leading force in the industry and simplify the lives of our clients.
Aldo has a passion for One Paramount and making it a positive work environment for everyone in the team.
Outside of work, Aldo loves golf although golf doesn’t always love him back, he spends a lot of his time at spin, or working out in the outdoors and playing with his dog Carlos. He has a passion for wine and Mexican food.
Carlton Wong Project Manager
Carlton has acquired over a decade of experience in estimation, property insurance, property management, construction, and project management. He joined One Paramount a few years after Aldo started the company and has since played a dynamic role within the organization.
Carlton has had a successful career as a project manager for nearly a decade and has also taken on additional responsibilities such as training, quality control, and strategic planning. Outside of work, Carlton enjoys studying financial markerts, exploring his passion for music, and embarking on new adventures with his dog.
Ashley Raynes Project Manager
Ashley brings over 10 years of experience in estimating. site supervision, and project management. Since joining the One Paramount team in 2021, Ashley have successfully completed numerous projects in the commercial, industrial, healthcare, and tenant improvement sectors.
Outside of work, Ashley has a passion for soccer, golf, cycling and raising a puppy that keeps his "spare" time occupied.
Aniska Franceschin Office Manager
Originally from Italy, Aniska earned her degree in Business Administration and has accumulated 12 years of experience in administration and bookkeeping, managing offices for various companies around the world. After living in different countries, she decided to make Canada her home, where she built her family. In 2022, Aniska joined One Paramount, bringing her extensive expertise and passion for efficiency to the team. She loves working at One Paramount, where the professional environment and dedication to excellence perfectly align with her values. Aniska loves hiking, biking, traveling, and always enthusiastic about exploring new cultures. When she's not working, you’ll often find her in the kitchen preparing delicious Italian meals with her daughter or unwinding by the lake with a glass of wine.
